GOALS &
ACHIEVEMENTS

Since 2023, I’ve worked as a Design Director across a range of in-house teams and leading creative agencies, partnering with brands to solve complex design challenges and lead high-impact initiatives.

I’m often brought in to address projects that require fresh perspective, strategic clarity, or elevated creative direction—whether that’s guiding a brand identity refresh, supporting major product launches, or developing new sub-brands and brand systems.

My role typically involves leading and mentoring existing in-house design teams—helping them expand beyond established patterns and unlock new ways of thinking. In other cases, I assemble and integrate a select team of collaborators to work alongside internal talent, shifting creative momentum and ensuring the project reaches its full strategic and aesthetic potential.

Across every engagement, my focus is the same: strengthen brand foundations, elevate design thinking, and deliver work that is both culturally relevant and strategically sound.

In early 2025, I partnered with the Head of the Art Department at Droga5 New York, to help reinvigorate the agency’s design practice. Together, we developed and launched a small, concept-driven design studio focused on brand identity systems and design strategy. This initiative expanded Droga5’s ability to engage with brands and strategic opportunities that had previously fallen outside the agency’s core offering.

To strengthen the connection between strategic intent and execution, we brought on a Group Design Strategist, to help translate client briefs into cohesive, scalable design touchpoints.

As a leadership group, we rebuilt the design team with two primary objectives: to elevate brand and conceptual design thinking within the department, and to provide creative teams across the agency with a strong, consistent design foundation.

Now in 2026, the studio is collaborating with global teams across Droga5’s international offices and Accenture Song’s distributed network, supporting work at both a strategic and executional level.
